As an event caterer we always want to be busy doing what we love by interacting with guests and talking to customers about food and service. For us, event catering is so much more than just putting food down on the table; it is an experience that boosts the event and gives guests a little of something different. That means when you come to chat to your Hog Roast Baxterley team we’ll be talking not just about your event, but the menus you need with the service styles to match. It is all geared toward making your event the best it can be.
You’ll be given a free quote on a couple of menu packages that we believe best suit what you have told us about your event. From there you can continue to customise, add, reduce, your menu until you have it the way you want. You can also customise your service style to fit the schedule and aesthetic of your event too. We offer buffets, van style dining, indoor and outdoor services, barbecues, alfresco lunches, grazing tables, canapé services, formal dining experiences – the lot!
You may of course be looking at our name, Hog Roast Baxterley, and assuming that all we do is hog roasts, and while, yes, we our specialists in the brilliant spit roasted pork, it is not our only prize dish. Among those menus mentioned above you will find differing roasts – lamb, turkey, chicken, beef – along with vegetarian and vegan alternatives. You will find tastes of the UK, tastes of the US, tastes of the Mediterranean, all across our menus. You will find grilled specials too; gourmet burgers and sausages, sizzling skewers, marinated ribs, to add to your dining choices. And for the sweet tooth’s as well, there is plenty more to enjoy!
