Hog Roast Keniworth Is Here To Help Take The Pressure Off By Cooking Your Christmas Dinner

Ah, Christmas dinner; it’s the most highly anticipated meal of the entire year – and for good reason, too! Not only do we get to chuck our diets out the window for an entire d̶a̶y̶ week of rich winter foods, but we also get to enjoy the company of those we maybe don’t get the chance to see very often, pull a few crackers, read out some cheesy jokes and have a laugh while the food and drink continues to flow.

But that food and drink has to come from somewhere, and if you’re the one doing the cooking? Well, then the festive period might look a lot different.

Every year, hosts are faced with a whole new set of challenges, and here at Hog Roast Keniworth, we’ve heard our fair share of horror stories from clients who have struggled with catering to fussy eaters, or have had to power through common disasters like lumpy gravy, burnt hands and dropped food whilst trying to juggle the entire feast themselves.

One client of ours who is all-too-familiar with the pressures of cooking Christmas dinner for the whole family is Sheila. Every year, she cooks for 25 people, and this year that number had been bumped up to 30! Deciding that she needed a break from the stove, she has instead called in the big guns at Hog Roast Keniworth!

Hog Roast Keniworth Now, thanks to our catering manager, Russ, and the rest of the team, she hasn’t had to spend the last few weeks stalking the supermarket aisles for ingredients, nor will she be spending Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day rushing around the kitchen. This year, she will be able to relax and put her feet up whilst our team preps a mouth-watering festive hog roast spread with crackling, stuffing, applesauce, and delicious seasonal sides, including homemade cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and glazed veg. We’ll also be serving our BBQ pulled jackfruit rolls for two of Sheila’s granddaughters who are vegan, and after the meal, there will be traditional mince pies with brandy cream for dessert.

We’re so glad that Sheila has chosen to take this Christmas off cooking, and we’re confident she’s going to love having Hog Roast Keniworth on hand to take care of everything – including the clean up!
