This week, we catered a work event where our repeat customer had asked us to cook one of our centrepiece hog roasts like we have many times in the past already, but she also asked us to provide a vegetarian option and some sides to accompany the pigs in buns we’d make too. She decided on our yummy halloumi skewers and sides of sweet potato wedges and coleslaw, which would be vegetarian too.

On the day, our team arrived bright and early in order to roast a hog for several hours, and then later in the day, we prepared the wedges, coleslaw and a rainbow of veg and the cheese for the skewers. By 2pm, we had the late lunch ready to serve, and the guests couldn’t wait to dig in.
