Our entry-level menu includes two meaty mains, such as a hog roast complete with crackling, apple sauce and stuffing and a spit-roasted whole English lamb that’s studded with garlic and rosemary and comes with mint sauce and Yorkshire puddings (or you can choose beef brisket or free-range turkeys or chickens if you prefer), as well as three freshly-made salads or a selection of seasonal vegetables, plus a potato option such as Dauphinoise or herby new potatoes. We then serve your wedding cake together with berries, a summer fruit coulis and fresh English cream.
If you prefer to feature more food, we can serve several handmade canapés and drinks as the guests arrive, or you can add starters such as roasted breast of Gressingham duck, which is dressed with seasonal leaves and an orange and pomegranate dressing, or our heritage tomato and beetroot carpaccio, which includes mozzarella, seasonal leaves, a balsamic reduction and cracked black pepper.
