Last week, we were asked to cater for a wedding anniversary for Tom and Penny. Of course, we were happy to do so.
Tom informed us that Penny and her family had hired a hog roast before however wanted to try a new company and decided to go for Hog Roast Wimpstone after hearing our 5 star reviews. The pair chose our simple menu of a large tender hog, a selection of salads and our famous warm herb potatoes. They informed us that this event would be taking place under a gorgeous white marquee which we looked forward to seeing.
We arrived early at the venue as snow was falling and we needed time to set up and begin cooking our delicious meat. Penny was already organising her tables and drinks as we worked on the food. Our team set up a work station and our very own roasting machine. Soon enough, the guests were queuing around us and consuming the authentic British smells from the hog. The team at Hog Roast Wimpstone pride themselves off happy, satisfied customers.
After 20 minutes of serving, all 60 guests were sat diving into their plates, filled with crisp salad and succulent pig. Steam was rising from the tables as the warm potatoes were sliced into and tasted by all the delighted men and women.
Finally, as the food was devoured, our team began cleaning all surfaces and tiding the work space. Here at Hog Roast Wimpstone, we always offer a cleaning service to relive any stress from our customers. We don’t only tidy, we also leave any left over meat to our clients so they can enjoy or flavoursome food for a little longer.
Penny and tom were more than delighted with our work and even decided to re book us for a valentine’s cupid party later this month. Positive feedback and recommendations are how we keep our business perfect.
