On Saturday we were asked to create a medieval banquet for Daniel and Emily’s wedding day at Lea Hall in Harmer Hill. After discussions about a final menu the couple decided to go ahead with roast venison, chicken, lamb and our favorite roast hog all served with roasted root vegetables & roast potatoes. Myself and my professional team served the food on wooden plates complimented by wooden cutlery for that autentic touch!
It was a wonderful day and as the family had traveled from Manchester we were proactive in preparing the room,general serving and helping out as well as serving our medieval platters to each individual table.
All our staff thoroughly enjoyed being a part of Daniel and Amy’s special day in hog roast Harmer Hill, even our head chef who did us proud after an exhausting day on the Friday cooking for Prince Charles at the Royal Shakespeare theatre.
