Leah and her fiancé are getting married this summer with a wonderful outdoor wedding overlooking the castle in Warwick. The venue is beautiful and is the perfect place to tie the knot, complete with a vibrant outdoor reception area and an indoor space for dining. The couple have hired 130 people to join them on their big day, with a DJ providing entertainment and Hog Roast Baginton on hand to cater for the evening. For the menu, we will be serving a classic hog roast with a variety of delicious sides, to create a varied and tasty wedding meal.
On the day of the wedding, the Hog Roast Baginton team is planning to arrive at the venue in the morning to give us plenty of time to prepare the dishes on-site. For the menu, we will be serving a delicious slow-roasted hog, which will be expertly carved and served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving BBQ-pulled jackfruit and marinated chicken kebabs.
