In preparation for this event, our team was hired to provide a classic hog roast, followed by a drinks service. This menu included a delicious hog which will be slow-roasted to perfection on the day of the event to ensure freshness with every bite. The pork will be served on fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. To create a balanced meal, we will also be serving a variety of salad dishes and homemade chips. While the guests are enjoying their meal, our experienced waiting staff will be serving a round of drinks to allow them to toast to the happy couple.
