One such relationship that we have had the privilege of forming of late is with the fine construction team at Balfour Beatty. You may recall an event from Hog Roast Coleshill earlier this summer where our team headed out to the HS2 project site to cater for the Balfour Beatty staff working there. The team that day enjoyed one of our favoured summer barbecues, made in the gourmet style. Evidently, as is often the case, the Balfour team simply could not get enough. So, barely one month on, they called on our services again to cater for their staff again – this time with 400 guests clamouring for each of our gourmet burgers, sausages, chicken kebabs, marinated ribs, and roasts, rather than only 250.
So, cater we did – and in plenty style once again. The Hog Roast Coleshill team joined the Balfour Beatty staff for a Thursday lunch, where we spent around three hours keeping the burgers, the Thai chicken kebabs, the pulled pork coming ion a constant fresh rotation!
It has been great to further strengthen a working relationship with such a brilliant team and foundational business in British construction. Our thanks from the whole Hog Roast Coleshill team for choosing our dining once again!
