A local technology sales company planned to host a seminar in February 2022 and reached out to Hog Roast Bulkington to hire catering for the occasion. The plan of the day began with a presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session, and then a break for lunch. After the hour off for lunch, the guests were invited to watch another presentation and discuss the information that had been shared during the day. To ensure that the guests stayed attentive and enjoyed the day, the company wanted to provide delicious catering for the lunch break, in the form of a Hog Roast Bulkington buffet. Our team have an ideal menu for the occasion and began to prepare a Classic Hog Roast catering package.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Bulkington team arrived early to prepare for the 2:00pm mealtime. We began by roasting the hog and ensuring that it was cooked throughout before it was carved by our expert chef. The sliced meat was served in fresh bread rolls and wraps, alongside sage and onion stuffing, and homemade applesauce. As well as the main dishes, we also served fresh chips and seasonal salad dishes, to create a tasty and varied meal. Not only was this catering delicious, but it was also far more nutritious and enjoyable than a prepared sandwich or salad, which is why it was such a popular treat during the seminar!
