Yes, we’re already talking about Christmas and it is still only August. We understand that you might be rolling your eyes – Christmas comes earlier and earlier every year, right? – but as a caterer we do have to have our focus on the busiest periods. As a roast catering specialist, Christmas is very much that for the Hog Roast Blackdown team. Our services come in extremely high demand each and every Christmas, so not only do we have ready ourselves for the festive season extremely early, but we also encourage our customers to do the same. Every year we have a tonne of disappointed customers because they couldn’t get a booking slot with us for their staff nights out, their Christmas parties, their family events. We hate having to turn these people away, but that is just how busy we are.
