On the day of the wedding, our team got to work preparing the first meal. The catering began with canapés as the guests arrived, with gourmet sausages, mini fish and chips, roasted duck breast, chicken liver parfait, and mini quiches served elegantly. The canapés were followed by a classic Hog Roast Coleshill main course, with the guests choosing between slow-roasted pork or sirloins of English beef, accompanied by a selection of tasty sides. The lunch ended with the couples beautiful wedding cake served to the guests.
