Hog Roast Whitley’s Pigs In Buns For A Wedding Anniversary

Our hard-working, experienced Hog Roast Whitley chefs and assistants always go the extra mile when providing delicious food for our customers and their guests, regardless of the type of party or event that we’re catering. We’re often asked to cater wedding receptions, anniversaries, milestone birthday parties and corporate functions but our tasty dishes really are suitable for just about any special occasion that you’re organising, whether you’re inviting hundreds of guests or just a few, and in any location.

Hog Roast WhitleyYou may well know Hog Roast Whitley for our sumptuous traditional hog roasts, which we make into pigs in buns (our take on hog roast rolls) together with our-recipe apple sauce and stuffing, or into a plated meal featuring seasonal vegetables, potatoes and all the trimmings. Both options are mouthwateringly tempting but we also understand that your guests may have particular wants or needs, like a different meat, a dish to suit a special diet, or multiple courses instead. With our catering, we can easily do this and so much more.

We offer alternative meats like slow-roasted turkey, chicken, beef or lamb and speciality menus like our Loaded Fries (where we add pulled pork or brisket of beef, slaw and cheese to fresh-cooked chips) and our Southern Slow Roast (your choice of three marinated meats and four hot or cold sides). Vegetarians and vegans have plenty of possibilities available and if you are inviting guests on other diets (like dairy-free or gluten-free) just let us know in advance and we will make it happen. Plus if you are thinking of more than a main to be served, you could choose a side or several or add a starter and dessert and we can even make some delicate canapés too.

Over the weekend, our dedicated Hog Roast Whitley team cooked up a storm at a wedding anniversary party with a centrepiece hog roast that was made into pigs in buns after several hours of sizzling away, slowly but surely. We added our yummy apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing to the meat and crackling inside soft, floury bread rolls and served more than forty guests until they were all happily full.
