Well we had really busy day last week feeding 2400 hungry families with a hog roast at Drayton Manor. I was very impressed with Drayton Manor and if you are looking for a day out with the family you could do a lot worse. Have a look at the web site www.draytonmanor.co.uk we where working through the hotel www.draytonmanorhotel.co.uk and this was a super place. We cooked 8 whole pigs and backed it up with boned and rolled legs of pork. The pork was served in a large floured bap with apple sauce and stuffing made using the juices from the hog. 
We are used to doing large events but a hog roast in Drayton Manor for 2400 people was a challenge even for us. It all went like clock work though and it only took a couple of hours to feed everybody. Maybe you where one of the lucky people to be there on the day. If you where I hope you had as good a day out as we did.
