Sometimes, one of our hog roasts all by itself is just the ticket for one of our customer’s parties, as was the case at the weekend when we slow-roasted a hog for hours on end in order to make scrumptious pigs in buns for our customer’s guests. Once the meat had rested and our homemade apple sauce and stuffing were ready, it was finally time to carve away and satisfy everyone’s hunger, and that we did.
