Hog Roast Bubbenhall’s latest event was a fun filled Halloween party. Clients Pam and Jim were throwing a big Halloween party for their family and wanted the team to deliver a delicious buffet to their home for 6pm.
Clients Pam and Jim worked closely with the Hog Roast Bubbenhall team to come up with a menu that would have something for everyone to enjoy. The clients wanted to use the Gourmet Delivery service from the Hog Roast Bubbenhall team. This meant that every dish would be made by hand by Catering Manager Russ, and then the hot dishes were delivered to the client’s home where the party was taking place.
Clients Pam and Jim were keen that included in their buffet should be a Classic Hog Roast, they loved the sound of a slow spit roasted pig served with crispy crackling, homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. They also selected to have some sausages and burgers cooked up to go with their buffet, and an assortment of soft rolls so the guests could make burgers and hot dogs. Other dishes included in the buffet was a Classic Cesar salad, a large portion of sweet potato and regular potato fries and lots of soft wraps that were full of grilled vegetables and grilled vegetable and halloumi. There was also lots of dips and sauces available for the guests to use.
Lovely Chef Russ created these dishes by hand at the Hog Roast Bubbenhall kitchen. He worked hard to put together all the tasty platters and while they were piping hot and ready to be enjoyed he put them in large foil transport trays.
Upon arrival at Pam and Jim’s house Chef Russ unloaded the big buffet. He delivered the food as well as a selection of disposable crockery and cutlery for the guests to use. The dishes were ready to be served and set up for the guests to enjoy as soon as they were delivered to Pam and Jim.
The Hog Roast Bubbenhall team received extremely positive feedback from the clients and guests. The food had been spectacular and had given them enough energy to keep partying through the evening, it had been a Halloween party to remember.
