For Jenny’s 21st birthday that we catered recently, Hog Roast Bidford-on-Avon cooked a gorgeous hog roast from scratch, making pigs in buns for most of her 40 guests, as well as a veggie option of halloumi and vegetable skewers. We headed to her parents’ home on Saturday and set up our equipment in the lovely back garden, and soon warmed up once the hog was sizzling away. Hours later and our serving table was full of fresh bread rolls and wraps, our lovely stuffing and apple sauce which we make ourselves, condiments, and napkins. Before long, the tender pork, crispy crackling and veggie kebabs were all ready too and we happily served up some truly tasty fare to some very grateful guests and helped to make Jenny’s milestone birthday a huge success.
