Hog Roast Market Harborough are well-known for providing excellent corporate catering, so we were more than happy to get to work when TGW Living Logistics contacted us regarding an event. Jamie got in touch with our catering manager Russ, explaining that they required catering for 250 guests. After discussing the menus we have on offer, he decided on our Classic Hog Roast menu with additional sides, since it is an incredibly versatile choice and can be enjoyed by all.
On the day of the event, we began by slow-roasting our hog to perfection, locking in the natural juices and flavours. We also prepared grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, as well as BBQ pulled jackfruit for vegetarian guests. The mains were served with fresh bread rolls and wraps, including a gluten-free alternative. Alongside this, we also prepared tomato and mozzarella salad and new potatoes to create a delicious meal. While this menu may be simplistic, it is undeniably delicious and was enjoyed by every guest in attendance!
We served our catering buffet style, with wooden crockery and cutlery. The meat was expertly sliced by our Hog Roast Market Harborough chef, with the side dishes served by our waiting staff. This was an incredible catering experience and was the perfect addition to TGW Living Logistics’ corporate event.
