Over the weekend we traveled only a short distance to the neighboring village hog roast Arley. We had been asked my Jennifer if we could cater for her twin boys Christening at the local Methodist Church. Jennifer had booked a Gourmet Hog Roast Buffet – one of our most popular options for Christening and private party’s. Luckily the weather was great so we set up outside with our pop up gazebo and buffet table. The hog roast Arley had been slowing cooking away since the early hours of the morning so we transported that with us to the venue. My assistants prepared a beautiful fresh tomato & mozzarella, crunchy coleslaw and a mixed leaf salad drizzled in olive oil. These were presented on our table for guests to help themselves when we started serving. After the service Jennifers family and friends tucked into the succulent roast and we received overwhelming feedback on how amazing everything tasted.
