While our signature food is mouth wateringly moreish, whether served as our famous pigs in buns or part of a meal, if you fancy a spit roast, with lamb, beef, turkey or chicken, for example, we can easily do that instead, or we can whip up one of our standalone menus like our Southern Slow Roast, Loaded Fries or Alfresco, and we can also make alternatives in order to cater for special diets if you need.
Vegans love our pulled jackfruit buns with slaw on the side and vegetarians rave about our halloumi and veg wraps but we can make other tasty dishes instead if preferred. We can even make our pigs in buns suitable for those with a gluten intolerance by making one small change (taking along suitable breadstuff), which often surprises our customers, but let us know about any dietary requirements when you book and our talented chefs will accommodate them with ease.
