
The highlight of the evening was, without question, our whole roasted pig with perfectly crisp crackling. Carved fresh on site, it was served with our traditional apple sauce and sage & onion stuffing – a combination that never fails to win over the crowd. Guests could choose from soft bread rolls and wraps, with gluten-free options available to ensure everyone had a plate they could enjoy.

Of course, no Hog Roast Nuneaton event would be complete without catering for every guest’s preference. Our vegetarian and vegan options were equally tempting. The grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (with a halloumi-free version for vegans) were served with wraps, creamy tzatziki, and a sweet and tangy chilli sauce. Alternatively, our vegan pulled jackfruit – slow-cooked in a smoky hickory BBQ sauce and topped with crunchy slaw – was a big hit with plant-based guests and meat-eaters alike.
Everything was served on eco-friendly wooden disposable crockery with matching cutlery, reflecting the Wellbeing Fitness Education Centre’s values of health and environmental care. As the sun began to set, guests gathered around the serving table, plates in hand, sharing stories and enjoying a meal made with care.
Catering this event was an absolute joy. The Wellbeing Fitness Education Centre has built a truly inspiring community, and it was an honour to help them celebrate their achievements in style. We left with full hearts, happy guests, and the lingering aroma of a perfectly cooked Hog Roast Nuneaton in the air.
