Recently, the Hog Roast Bedworth team were hired by Lorna and Danny for their event. They were hosting their event at a local venue in Bedworth called Saunders Hall Working Men’s Club. The event ran very smoothly and Lorna and Danny were really satisfied by the service delivered.
The pair ordered a classic hog roast from the team’s selection. The food was to be served as a buffet for 200 people so it was essential that the Hog Roast Bedworth team cooked and prepared the food efficiently. The buffet consisted of a whole slow roasted hog that was cooked in a Hog Master machine and served fresh on the buffet table. The team have multiple machines which they bring along to events which have a large guests lists so that they can cater for large numbers of guests at any one time. Alongside the meat, the team served apple sauce, homemade stuffing and crispy crackling. In addition to the meat, the Hog Roast team, at the request of the client, crafted enough vegetarian options for 75 people so that the guests could pick and choose between the hog roast meat and the vegetable vegetarian skewers that the team served. On the buffet, the vegetable skewers looked fantastic as they consisted of lots of bright colours. In addition, they were kept warm in professional heated metal catering dishes. Furthermore, the roasted hog looked brilliant as the centrepiece of the buffet. The meat was carved in a professional manner by the Hog Roast Bedworth team’s Catering Manager.
The service was led by the Hog Roast Bedworth team’s Catering Manager, Russ, who ensured that the team made Lorna and Danny’s event special. The food was plated in a desirable manner and serve don crockery with cutlery provided and disposed of by the Hog Roast Bedworth team. The service ran smoothly and the team delivered a really friendly service. The guests really enjoyed the food and the venue really complimented the event. The casual serving of the food also complimented the style of the event and was an easy way for the guests to mingle over casual food,
