On the 17th September we had a hog roast in Bishopsgate Green for an event for Heroes for 6 minutes boxing, in Coventry Cathedral. Coventry Cathedral is a lovely little place in the centre of Coventry. Kara had organised 16 v.i.p tables and on the menu was our very popular menu 4 on china crockery. We served the 16 tables on platters with our fresh, home made salads and hot new potatoes with fresh rosemary and garlic, followed by a home made Lemon and 
Vanilla Cheesecake for dessert. We had a 1 hour window to get all guests fed the hog roast in Bishopsgate Green before the boxing heroes for 6 minutes started. We had a great night and was able to watch afterwards. It was a great setting set up in the New Coventry Cathedral and the atmosphere was explosive!!
