As you can see from the picture pictured we had a hog roast booked for a christening at the weekend in Alfrick. The setting was was breath taking, in the grounds of a luxury house that had a moat. We arrived 3 hours prior to service to a marque that was set in grounds over looking the moat. The family had
booked in a gourmet class hog roast Alfrick, served with homemade vibrant side salads and baby new potatoes. We had been specifically asked to roast the pig for 12 hours to create juicy pulled pork (personally my favorite).
