South Warwickshire was the destination for the weekend and Spitting Pig travelled to Shakespeare country to provide not just a hog roast but a range of Slow Roast Meat for a party of 120. This process is a 12 hour slow low roast in which locally sourced Pig, Lamb and Beef brisket are rubbed and marinated with our secret blend of spices and sauce – The result from this process is amazing. Tender meat that falls away from the bone giving a fantastic pulled effect as well as perfectly crisp crackling. With this Menu selection a range of freshly prepared salads and jacket potato wedges accompanied the main event.
This was not the only event of the day, in Stratford-upon-Avon we delivered a DIY Hog Roast Machine and a locally sourced free range pig. This allows the host with the most to roast and carve their own perfectly cooked pig. With our delivery and direction you can wow your guests with your culinary expertise. This option can also be arranged with different meat to cater for any event.
