Two Scrumptious Hog Roast Baginton Mains To Satisfy All The Guests

A Hog Roast Baginton feast is one where your guests can enjoy delicious homemade dishes freshly-prepared and cooked by professionals who care. Regardless of the type of event or party that you might be organising, as our food is suitable for any special occasion that you can think of, our highly-experienced and trained chefs and catering assistants always go the extra mile for our customers and their guests, and that’s even if you’re thinking of featuring food other than one of our famous hog roasts…

Hog Roast BagintonWhile we can make a mean traditional hog roast centrepiece if that’s what you’re after, Hog Roast Baginton can also make so much more if needed, as we understand the need for choice and variety when catering. You may need us to provide options for special diets, make multiple courses like canapés, starters, sides and desserts, or you may prefer a different kind of meat served for the main course. Whatever your wants and needs, we can easily cater for you and your guests, as long as we have advance notice.

One of our special menus may instead be just the ticket for your particular function, like our Southern Slow Roast, where you choose three marinated meats to be slow-roasted and served alongside four sides of your choice, or our Loaded Fries, which is where we add piles of meat, slaw and melted cheese to fresh-cooked fries. Either way, we’ll work hard to make your party a great success, with tasty food and top-notch service to boot.

Recently, one of our long-term customers asked Hog Roast Baginton to cater with one of our hog roasts, in order to make our scrumptious pigs in buns for most of the guests, but we were also asked to make a vegetarian dish too. Our scrumptious veggie skewers, which feature chunks of halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, mixed peppers, courgette and red onion and are served together with pitta and Tzatziki, was the perfect alternative main course for this private party.

Hours after preparing the meat from scratch and slow-roasting to perfection, our chef had both mains ready to serve and the guests started lining up, their mouths watering and their tummies rumbling.
