Unison chose the Hog Roast Nuneaton team’s ‘Menu Four’ which included a flavourful roasted hog cooked onsite in the team’s classic Hog Master machine. The hog roasting machine ensures that the pig is cooked through and that all of the flavours are preserved and enhanced. In addition, it ensures that the meat is brilliantly tender and tasty. The meat was served with a variety of complimenting sides and sauces which the staff could pick and choose from. The venue held an element of luxury to ensure that it suited the client. In addition to this, the Hog Roast team adapted their usual buffet style Hog Roast into a plated version which could be served to the tables of staff.
The service ran very smoothly and was led by Hog Roast Nuneaton’s Head Chefs, Lee and Bez, who worked with fantastically together throughout the night. The pair, nicknamed the A Team for their brilliant team work, ensured that the cooking of all of the food was timed perfectly so that it could be served simultaneously. It was crucial that all the food was ready at the same time and the team did a great job of presenting the food.
The staff really enjoyed the food and it put the cherry on top of their great Christmas Party. The menu was adapted for the festive season and ensured that the traditional Hog Roast carried a festive spirit to the Unison staff. The party was a great way for the staff to celebrate the company’s success over the year and also to wind down after a year of hard work. The staff received their well-deserved festive celebration and Hog Roast Nuneaton team were thrilled to help them celebrate their fantastic night.
