We were catering for an office party last week with Hog Roast Keresley, we have catered for the firm several times in the past and they said that they wouldn’t go anywhere else. When customers come back to us time and time again like this it is the biggest compliment ever. We arrived mid morning to serve for one and catering for seventy guests.
We set up the machine and placed some beef and lamb on the machine we then put some potatoes on as we were making jacket potatoes. We made an assortment of fillings cheese and onion, tuna and mayonnaise and a spicy filling. We filled the tables with freshly baked wraps and an assortment of condiments we then prepared some vegetable skewers simple yet delicious we placed pieces of tomato, courgette, mushroom and cheese on sticks and when placed on the machine they take minutes to cook. The room smelt amazing there is no greater smell than meat being cooked on our machines the machines are world class and deliver time and time again. When the guests arrived we were ready to serve at one and the guests were all saying the smell was making them hungry! The beef was so tender and moist and cut like butter, the lamb was equally as tender and just fell of the bone the meats were placed on servers and the guests helped themselves to sides and salads and we were getting them coming over to personally thank us and asking if we had any cards on us and they were wishing to book their own Hog Roast Keresley. We always carry cards and we left some on the table as we left and lots of the guests took one we were on our way out the door when the Director said that again we had more than excelled and he said he had been recommending us to other clients he knew which we were very grateful for. A lot of our work comes from recommendations or guests at the events and when this happens time and time again we know we are doing good we are so proud of our amazing team of workers at Hog Roast Keresley.
