Lisa has three kids at primary school, so Christmas is a busy and magical time for the whole family. She is always trying to come up with new ways to keep everyone happy and occupied, especially during the school holidays. This December, she is hosting a movie night at her home, with lots of school friends and their parents invited to enjoy the occasion. There will be a Christmas movie on the projector and the perfect cosy set-up for the children to enjoy. Additionally, Lisa has hired Hog Roast Caldecote to cater for the occasion. In preparation for the movie night, the Hog Roast Caldecote team will arrive at the private venue in the morning, giving us plenty of time to prepare for the 7:00pm serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog, which will need around five hours to cook to perfection. Additionally, we will be serving marinated chicken kebabs and succulent sausages.
